Infrastructure

40 teams across India at various strategic locations according to customers’ needs.

Each team consists of a well trained and certified welder, grinder-man and helpers equipped with the Metal Arc Welding, MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Gas Welding, Metallic Powder Spray system and accessories.

Area manager and Supervisors are posted at various divisional railway offices (DRM) of Indian railways.

A fully equipped Weld shop at Faridabad to handle all type of welding jobs such metal spray, arc welding, MIG/MAG/FCA welding and twin wire arc spray system.

10 Translamatic Robotic Welders of CTF France.

12 USFD Weld Testing Machines with RDSO approved operators.

The company has an established registered office in Moradabad and a works at Faridabad. At our work, we have set up a 700 Tons/Month automatic line for Zinc Al Flake coatings for corrosion protection coating on Fasteners and Sheet metal components.

We also take privilege in being an authorised CTF France service provider for in-situ reconditioning of CMS crossings.
